What is the "Christmas Cheer " lower? |
They were a special run of 50 lowers with a different laser engraving than the previous Knights (KMC) marked lowers.
previous lowers are like my FG build.

Yep
It (stripped 1 of 50 lower) cost me a used TA31F ACOG but to me it was worth every penny.
This other lower "set" was a bargin, (sold a used TA31A ACOG to buy it) since it was the upper and lower with KAC lpk with the KAC 2 stage match trigger which now runs right at $325 itself. _________________ Mike

I've also been toying with the idea of a 7.5" Noveske Diplomat barrel with KAC URX II and the piggy brake. From what I've read those are sweet.

I heard that Noveske might be doing the same style barrel in 6.8 to compete with LWRC (except for the whole piston thing) PSD... And Todd said no plans for piston, just the switchblock... which I think is ingenious. May make the Mega Gator into a Mega Gator with the Noveske Piggy and 10.5" barrel.... once I get the 6.8 built. --- or should I say, "rebuilt"... stupidity! _________________ Mega/Mega Build in Progress

Eh... The only problem is that I have never seen a 7.5" DI gun that will run reliably for very long
That combined with the fact that the added length of the KX3 brings you out to about the same length of a 10.5" which will be more reliable and have great effect on target makes me prefer that route
Honestly you will get a much more useful and usable system with the "Costa Upper" than you will the 7.5" |
